Assessment Notices Due out Jan 1, 2010
BC Assessment will mail out assessment notices at the end of the year. If you do not receive yours, you should contact them as the onus of receipt is on the taxpayer. After Jan 31 you can not appeal. Non receipt is not an excuse. The assessed value is as of July 1 2009. In most cases your value should be lower in July than it is today.Publications
